How It Works

Four steps, no waiting room.

1

Reserve

Request below, or call/text. We confirm your dates, send the rental agreement, and collect payment and deposit.

2

Get Your Code

You receive the lot address and gate code. Your trailer is hitched-ready in its space, any hour, any day.

3

Hook Up & Haul

Snap photos at pickup (takes two minutes, protects you), connect, test the lights, and go to work.

4

Return & Done

Bring it back empty with the bed down, lock it, send return photos. Deposit released after inspection.

What You Need to Tow

A ¾-ton pickup or larger (2500/3500-class), a working electric brake controller, and a 2-5/16" hitch ball rated for 14,000 lbs. Drivers must be 21+ with a valid license and active auto insurance. Not sure your truck qualifies? Text us the year/make/model and we'll tell you straight.

Built For

Roofing Tear-Offs

A full residential shingle tear-off fits in one to two loads. The weekly rate keeps a trailer on site for the whole job.

Demo & Renovation

Drywall, flooring, decks, kitchens — load as you demo, dump the same day, skip the dumpster wait.

Landscaping

Dirt, rock, sod, mulch, branches. The spreader gate lays gravel where you want it.

Junk & Cleanouts

Garage purges, estate cleanouts, moving-day disasters. One trip to the landfill, hydraulic dump, done.

Request a Rental

Tell us what you need and we'll confirm availability the same day — usually within a couple of hours in the evening.

Questions

Do I really need a brake controller?

Yes. Our trailers have electric brakes on both axles — Colorado law and physics both require them working. Most ¾-ton trucks have a controller built in. If yours doesn't, any auto shop can add one for around $150.

Can I tow with a half-ton (F-150 / 1500)?

Loaded to capacity, these trailers exceed most half-ton ratings, so our standard is ¾-ton and up. Text us your truck's specs — if it's properly rated and equipped, we'll talk.

What about dump fees?

You pay the landfill directly for whatever you dump — we never mark that up. Tower Landfill in Commerce City and the Denver Arapahoe Disposal Site are both close.

What can't go in the bed?

No hazardous materials, liquids, fuels, asbestos, hot asphalt, or wet concrete/washout. Everything else that fits under the tarp and under 9,500 lbs is fair game.

What if something breaks?

Stop, text us, and we handle it. You're never on the hook for normal mechanical wear — only damage from misuse or overloading, which is what the deposit and photos are for.
